Good oven, minor hiccup with stand
I got the CBO-750 Hybrid Oven with one of their stands. The oven itself is top-notch, heats up fast and cooks great. My only real gripe was with the assembly instructions for the stand; they could be a bit clearer. Ended up figuring it out, but it added some time. Delivery was a bit slow, took 8 days to reach Texas, but everything arrived undamaged. The value for a US-made oven is definitely there, just wish the stand setup was smoother.

Got the CBO-500 Wood-Fired Oven this time, and it was just as solid as the CBO-750 I bought a few years back. Delivery to Kansas took about 6 days, which was quicker than I remembered. Good to see they keep things reliable.
